Great service. The only thing I would mention and it has nothing to do with sales or the centre as such, is the voluntary return process to mini finance. I have current complaint in place as the information was not clear on this process.

girl who took payment was argumentative, I requested a print out of my service history as you don't give service books anymore. Car failed MOT on one front windscreen wiper. I had replaced the other one 2 weeks earlier but insisted replace 2 at £45!

Unsure if this is for the visit on 04th March or 11th March ? 04/03 - BMW brought in for a water leak on the sunroof. Got a health check? - had to rebook in a week later to look into the water leak ? 11/03 - Water leak resolved.
